At Aarogy Ayurveda, we believe in maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with our customers. While we strive to ensure every product meets your expectations, there may be rare occasions where a return is necessary.
We handle such cases with complete transparency and care.
✅ Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted under the following condition:
Wrong product delivered
If you have received a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return and replacement.
🔄 Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of product delivery.

Share the order details, a brief description of the issue, and pictures (if applicable).
Our team will verify and coordinate a reverse pickup of the product.
Upon successful pickup and inspection, we will dispatch the correct item at no additional cost.
⚠️ Important Return Guidelines
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals (if any).
Returns will not be accepted if the item is used or tampered with.
Returns are not applicable for wrong products ordered by the customer, due to the personal and consumable nature of our items.

Refund policy
At Aarogy Ayurveda, we prioritize customer satisfaction.
In certain circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund in line with the policies below.
Eligibility for Refund:
Wrong Product Delivered
a. If you choose not to receive a replacement, you may request a refund instead.
b. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Missing Items in Order
a. If verified via order packing scans and internal review,
we will either ship the missing item or issue a partial refund.
Order Refused or Undelivered
a. If the customer refuses delivery or is unreachable at the time of delivery,
a refund will be initiated after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum ₹100).
b. If the actual conveyance fee is higher, we will inform you before processing the refund.
Incorrect Shipping Details
a. If the order is delivered to the wrong address due to customer-provided incorrect information, no refund will be issued.
b. If the order is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be processed after deducting a minimum ₹100 conveyance fee (or more, depending on the order).
Refund Timeline and Method:
a. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified.
b. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
c. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (usually within 5 to 7 business days).
Additional Notes:
a. Refunds and replacements are not applicable for wrong items ordered by the customer.
b. Product images displayed on the website are for reference only. Natural variations in color, size, or appearance may occur and do not qualify for return or refund.
